A conference area is specially set up at the fair to allow companies to simultaneously reach an effective number of people.
Conference time is limited to 30 minutes, including question period.
The conference area seats 120 people.
Conferences are promoted through our Web site. Schedules are posted on a billboard set up near the conference area. Throughout the event, a presenter will be in charge of announcing the conferences over a public address system and introducing the speakers in the conference area.
